Withdrawal Limit (Daily):
Withdrawals cannot be made directly from bonus balance. Bonus funds convert to withdrawable real balance only after the required wagering is completed. FF77 reserves the right to carry out additional verification for any suspicious transactions.
All bets placed at FF77 are final — once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled (except through the Cash Out feature). Please double-check your selections, stake, and odds before confirming any bet.
If a match or event is cancelled, the full stake will be refunded, typically within 24 hours. If a match is abandoned or interrupted by rain, the result stands provided the minimum required overs have been completed. Otherwise, the bet is void.
Bet Settlement Policy for Cancelled Events:
If abnormally high odds are offered due to an odds error or technical fault, FF77 reserves the right to correct or void the affected bets. Members will be notified promptly upon detection of such an error.
Live Betting Notice: Odds on live events may update with a delay due to network issues. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are final.
All bonuses at FF77 come with specific wagering requirements. Wagering means you must place bets totalling a set multiple of the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made. Each bonus carries its own wagering conditions, which are clearly stated in the bonus details.
Taking a new bonus before completing the wagering on an existing one may result in the previous bonus being cancelled. Holding more than one active bonus at the same time is available on select packages — contact support for details.
Reasons for Bonus Cancellation:
The following activities are strictly prohibited at FF77. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
